Accurate high quality injection molded thermoplastic parts are the result of putting all the pieces together carefully, to produce a robust molding process.
Our foundation of consistent quality, is built on two key underlying principles:
- The first is knowledge. This includes training our Molding Technicians at RJG, the worlds premier molding training facility.
- The second principle is providing the equipment and technology required to handle the task.
Titan has standardized on 3 world class equipment suppliers, to support our molding operations.
For injection molding, we exclusively use horizontal servo driven machines, Manufactured by Nissei in Japan.
Nissei machines have proven themselves to be one the most accurate and long lasting machines available. The servo driven hydraulic pumps save electricity, as well as providing the ability for long hold times required for producing parts like lenses and thicker components.
Our machines range in size from 30- 460 tons, with shot sizes from 5 to 500 grams. Support equipment is supplied by Matsuui, recognized as a world leader in resin drying equipment. Matsuui also supplies all of our mold temperature control requirements.

The balance of our technology pyramid consists of a Yushin robot on every single machine. As well various in house manufactured EOAT ( end of arm tooling) and downstream automation systems. Our entire system has been designed from the ground up, to reduce cost and increase throughput.
